Coronavirus in Scotland (9th August 2021)

Thanks to the vaccination programme, Test and Protect, and the efforts of everyone across the country, Scotland is moving beyond the Protection Levels system.

As of Monday 9th August 2021 there will no longer be a need for physical distancing laws. Face coverings will still be a legal requirement for indoor (event) settings and this will more than likely continue for some time. We will also still be required to take member and friends details for contact tracing requirements.

The Society has a membership of well over 800 worldwide. There is a large membership in the USA which is represented by a Commisioner and a USA council. There are additionally two Branches, which have corporate membership and which are represented by a Council Member. These are The Paisley Family Reunion and The Paisley Family Association (contact USA Commissioner). Both branches have Gatherings, cook outs and hold fundraising events including auctions. There are additionally other overseas branches, details of which are below.

Anyone interested in membership should contact the membership secretary or whichever contact is applicable.
